Kyle Benson

Kyle is a native to the Shenandoah Valley from birth to graduating from a local high school. During his junior/senior year of high school he mentored with KK Homes founder, Kathleen, and they have continued to be “family” ever since. Kyle went on to get his real estate license at 19 years old. He later relocated to the Washington, DC area where he did Property Management and Condo Association Management for 8 years. Kyle’s connection to and his love for the Shenandoah Valley and missing his family prompted his return. Here he loves to spend time with his family and friends, especially watching his niece and nephews (Jackson, Madelyn and Matthew) play sports. Kyle loves all things Real Estate, and being a Buyers and Listings Specialist on a Team he considers to be his second family, KK Homes. Individually as part of the KK Homes Team, Kyle has sold 21 million + in volume since 2020 and most importantly has gained life long relationships.
